Hmm.. about time for an update?

What can I say life is great! I've had a lot of ups and downs lately, and am even dealing with some new issues :\

BUt despite it all, life is truly amazing. It never ceases to amaze me how the right people seem to always be in my life at the right time, I would never have survived the past few weeks if it wasn't for the amzing support I've had from friends and family.

Don't get me wrong, nothing horrible has happened in life recently. Just lots of stress, old ba habbits coming back and best of all some major hits of depression. Luckily I have had people there for me and now I'm feeling a whole lot better... although that might be a minor side effect of having pink/red hair.

So onto that hair.... It wasn't planned, I was going for normal looking... well that got shot out the window!! My hair has been bright red, bright magenta, or bright fuscia all weekend! And I LOVE IT! The hair is just me, there is no better way to describe it. Walking into a room I feel so much more confident (not that I wasn't before, but you know what I mean). I feel vibrant, alive, sexy, and just plain amazing. I don't want to change my hair now, even though some people think it looks just plain horrible (and who knows maybe it is.. but in my warped mind it's beautiful and its me!).

To put it simply; Never in my life have I felt so great (so right!) about my looks and hair... so what if it's weird or strange... if I can have this kind of happiness (for only 8 bucks!) then so be it! To me my hair is my art, my expression, if my hair can't fit me then there's no point in having it. I'd rather go bald then not have my hair the way I want it. Now don't get me wrong, I love my natural hair color, even though i's 'technically' me i just isn't.

Anyways, this week will be a good week.
